What data we collect

Through the inquiry form, we may collect your name, email address and/or phone number, chosen apartment, and message content.

How we use the data

We use data to respond to inquiries and, at your request, to manage pre-sale communications regarding the purchase of an apartment. The legal basis for such processing is taking steps prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Analytics and cookie settings

Website analytics is consent-based. If you select ‘Allow analytics’, we aggregate metrics such as visits, pages and apartments viewed, floor plan views, active duration, device category, and traffic source. Name, email, phone number, and message text are never transmitted to analytics. Your consent choice is stored as a technical cookie and can be changed anytime via ‘Cookie settings’. Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity integrations are used strictly within the limits of your consent.

Data transfer and retention

The inquiry is forwarded to the project sales contact and developer representative to respond and manage client communications. Where necessary, service providers supporting website, email or CRM operations process data strictly to the extent required. Data is retained for as long as necessary to answer inquiries and subsequent communications, and thereafter for statutory compliance periods.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request access to your data, demand its rectification or erasure, and restrict processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.
